I have had a blog for some time now, but only this year have I become more dedicated in posting to it at least once every two weeks. I appreciate the voice it gives me and the opportunity to work out ideas and get feedback from others about issues important to me and to our school. I have noticed that most blogs that I follow have a title. My blog was simply called, “Mr. Gately’s Blog”. Boring, kind of. So I have decided to give my blog a title: In the Middle of Learning. Because I think that’s what this blog is about. It’s about things I’m learning, things you’re learning… especially things related to middle school. And while this learning process has been going on for a long time, I have so much more to learn. So I’m grateful that you have taken the time to look at my posts. I appreciate your comments about the new title, about something I’ve written, or about your ideas and experiences as a learner! Enjoy!!
